The wooden structure of the barn creates a cozy atmosphere and the ambient light sets a proper mood. Fantastic location. The food is also tasty, I had trouble navigating the dutch menue but the utterly charming waitress helped me to pick the right dish without ordering too much. She was very lovely. Fatastic dinner experience

A cozy and elegant restaurant suitable for all ages. We went there on a weekend and we ordered the Rundercarpaccio (€12.50), and Gerookte zalm (€12.50), pictures of the dishes are attached (Not filtered or edited). You can see the nice portion both dishes have, and the light flavour was well-balanced between the protein and the vegetables underneath. The texture of the protein was tender and soft, which was accompanied well with the slice of brown bread. We also ordered Creme brulee (€8.50) and Lava cake (€8.50), both accompanied with caramel ice cream, pictures of the dishes are also attached (Not filtered or edited) The Lava cake was served hot and rich, while the Creme brulee and ice cream was a relative sweet for my personal taste, but overall a nicely prepared dessert. For drinks, we ordered a caramel macchiato (€4.95) and hot chocolate (€4.00). I tasted the caramel macchiato, the level of sweetness balanced well with the bitterness of the coffee, but it is my personal preference for coffee. The restaurant has a very elegant and cozy interior design, and it has a little playground for children out at the back, suitable for a nice family gathering. The staff were very friendly even though I am not a local, which I appreciate a lot as an international traveler. Overall, I really love this restaurant, and will definitely come back again!

Great spot in the woods. The food was great and served warm. Customer service was good and the staff were friendly. Over all a good spot for lunch or dinner in Wageningen or Renkum.
